Website information is general guidance. A client relationship and specific professional responsibilities arise only when Highbrow accepts an engagement under a separate written service agreement.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using highbrow.com.pk, submitting a form, using a calculator or communicating with the AI Assistant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use these features.
Scope of Highbrow services
Highbrow provides information and professional support relating to immigration, global education, international pathways, language preparation, travel and related application planning. The precise scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for paid work are defined in the written proposal, engagement letter, invoice or service agreement accepted for that matter.
Information on this website does not itself create a consultant–client, legal, fiduciary or agency relationship.
No guaranteed outcome
Immigration authorities, visa officers, educational institutions, testing bodies, scholarship providers, government departments and other third parties make their own decisions. Highbrow cannot guarantee admission, a visa, permanent residence, an invitation, nomination, scholarship, language score, processing time or any other result.
Eligibility criteria, fees, quotas, invitation thresholds, programme availability and processing practices can change without notice. A previous result or published example does not predict a future decision.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, current and accurate information; disclose facts relevant to your assessment; review documents before submission; meet stated deadlines; and promptly tell Highbrow about material changes in your circumstances.
You must not provide false, misleading, altered or unlawfully obtained information or documents. Highbrow may pause or end work where information cannot be verified, instructions conflict with professional obligations, payment remains overdue or continuing the engagement may be unlawful or unethical.
Forms, enquiries and consultations
Submitting a website form is a request for contact or preliminary review; it is not confirmation that Highbrow has accepted your case. Appointments remain subject to availability and confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that the phone number, email address and other contact information you submit are correct.
Do not submit passport numbers, bank credentials or confidential documents through a public enquiry or chat field. Highbrow staff will explain the appropriate protected process when documents are required.
Fees, third-party charges and refunds
Professional fees, payment milestones, cancellation rights and any refund terms are governed by the written agreement or invoice issued for the relevant service. Government, institution, testing, courier, translation, medical, biometric and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
A fee paid to Highbrow does not include or guarantee a favourable decision by any third party.
Calculators, assessments and AI Assistant
CRS, provincial, Australian points and other calculators provide preliminary estimates based on the information entered and the rules represented at that time. They are not official government calculators, eligibility decisions or professional opinions.
The AI Assistant provides general educational information and may use automated models that can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect responses. Its answers must not be treated as legal advice, a final eligibility assessment or an instruction to submit an application. Important decisions should be confirmed by a qualified Highbrow professional and, where appropriate, an authorised legal adviser.
Messages you send may be retained as an anonymous browser session for service-quality and usage reporting. Contact details are associated with a chat only when you intentionally submit the consented follow-up form.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website design, branding, text, tools, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Highbrow. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the website or its tools without prior written permission.
Official sources and third-party services
The website may link to government departments, universities, testing organisations, partner services or other external websites. Highbrow does not control their availability, security, content or decisions and is not responsible for external material. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Website availability and acceptable use
Highbrow aims to keep the website available and secure but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be updated, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, interfere with another user, collect data unlawfully or use the website for fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Highbrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website content, an automated estimate, an AI response, a third-party service or circumstances beyond Highbrow’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability terms applying to a paid service are set out in the relevant written agreement.
Information and privacy
Highbrow uses information submitted through forms, consultations and account features to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, manage operations, protect the platform and meet legal or professional responsibilities. Please submit only information you are authorised to provide.
Where a feature displays a specific consent or information notice, that notice also applies to the information collected through that feature.
Users under 18
A parent or legal guardian should participate where a service concerns a person under 18. A minor must not independently enter a paid service agreement or submit sensitive personal documents unless permitted by applicable law and the appropriate guardian arrangements are in place.
Changes to services and these terms
Highbrow may update the website, services and these terms to reflect operational, legal, security or regulatory developments. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest published version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the stated date.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern in good faith through written communication. Subject to any mandatory legal right or separate written agreement, disputes relating to these website terms fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
